Seek engage Instinct as Event Managers
Engaged as Event Managers, Instinct were charged with the responsibility of providing a numerous services in order to deliver an outstanding event. The Instinct team firstly sourced the venue and facilitated the creative concept design and followed this up with the floor plan layout, on site event management on the big day and of course, outstanding entertainment.
The function centre at Melbourne Olympic Park was utilised as the venue where, during the outdoor pre-function Marinucci Jazz Ensemble entertained guests with a relaxed vibe complementing the canapés and drink service.
As doors opened guests we’re treated to an old school rock show stage complete with concert style production, lighting and stage dressing. Following meal service the dance floor became prime real estate with barely an inch left empty for the remainder of the night.
80’s Tribute band Stand & Deliver did just as their name suggests offering up the very best of the 80’s all night while DJ Rob kept the party going during breaks with an array of contemporary hits.
The team at Seek work hard and they play hard too! DJ Kylie took over next door at midnight keeping the floor full until 3am with modern party hits and classic favourites.
